Vegan burger – you don’t really miss the meat!

Hello foodies! Today is a special day – it’s been 2 months since Top Food Facts turned vegan!

We did a lot of recipes for you, just to show you that eating vegan food is not difficult or boring at all. There is a lot of diversity and a lot of flavor in each meal.

The good thing about eating this type of food, is that you can eat more. You get less calories and more nutrients – beautiful, isn’t it? If you want to have pizza – you can! You want to have a nice stew – you can. Pancakes? No problem! A delicious pasta – as much as you want.

Today we have prepared for you a burger. It’s super rich and really delicious. It’s the first vegan burger that I’ve tried, and I couldn’t believe how good it was!

Ingredients
  • Roasted aubergine
  • Roasted big mushrooms
  • Potato rosti
  • Tomatoes
  • Baby spinach
  • Harissa
  • Any type of vegan bun
Instructions
  1. We roasted some aubergines and some huge mushrooms, all with the size of your choice of bun
  2. The potato rosti is made by grating 1 fresh potato, mixing it with 2 tbsp of flour, 2 tbsp of olive oil, season with salt and pepper and fry in a pan for 5 minutes each side
  3. Layer the burger by spreading harissa on the bread, and then the rest follows
  4. The order is all up to you

Every single bite is super rich in texture and in flavor – you don’t really have the time to think about meat or cheese – there’s so much more inside.

The good thing about it – it’s super healthy and it’s a show stopper!
