Recipe of the day – Whole baked chicken


1 whole chicken

1 kg potatoes

500 gr carrots

300 gr peas

125 gr butter

fresh thyme

salt, pepper

Cut the potatoes and carrots to 2-3 cm pieces. Place inside the casserole with the peas. Melt the butter and mix it the fresh thyme. Rub it all over the chicken, and place it over the vegetables. Put 100 ml water, so everything will stay moist and juicy till the end. Bake the dish for 1 hour and 45 minutes on 210 C.

This is a perfect dinner for 4 people, alongside with some good dipping sauces and coca-cola!
