Recipe of the day – Hake fillet with ratatouille

Ingredients for 2 servings:

400 gr hake fillet

bread crumbs

salt, pepper

1 egg

For the ratatouille:

50 gr eggplant

50 gr zucchini

50 gr peppers

20 gr onions

5 gr garlic

50 gr tomatoes

salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, sugar, rosemary and thyme

To prepare the hake fillet you must first season it well with salt and pepper. After that put it in the beaten egg and then roll it nicely in the bread crumbs. Fry the fillet in oil for 5-6 minutes.

For the ratatouille – chop all the ingredients into 2-3 centimeters cubes, except the tomatoes, and sautee in a pan with olive oil, for about 5-6 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Then add the balsamic vinegar, sugar and the chopped tomatoes. At the end put fresh rosemary and thyme. This is your ratatouille in 10 minutes.

Serve your fillet on top of the ratatouille. Bon appetit!
