Recipe of the day – Braised pork in red wine and celery with baked potatoes


1 kg pork

200 ml red wine

200 ml vegetable stock

100 g celery

200 g carrots

some sprigs fresh thyme

1 kg potatoes


salt, pepper

You put the pork in the oven with all the products, except the potatoes and butter and cover with foil. Let it cook for 3 hours on medium heat.

The potatoes should be baked in the oven with just a little bit of water, butter, vegetable oil and salt. They need 1 hour on 250 celcius.
