Adana wrap is a Turkish meal made of minced lamb, fresh salad, chilli sauce and lavash bread.
150 gr minced lamb (it will be perfect if you put hot peppers into the minced meat)
salad mix (lolo rosso, iceberg… any kind you want to mix)
lavash bread ( or tortilla )
Cook your meat in a pan and then transfer into the lavash bread alongside the salad and the chilli sauce. Wrap the bread around the products. Then put it on the grill for 1 minute each side. Enjoy!
