Sweet and sour pork with basmati rice

This is an amazing combination of flavors and it will never disappoint you!
  • 500 gr pork
  • 300 gr carrots
  • 300 gr mushrooms
  • 250 gr basmati rice
  • 300 ml sweet and sour sauce
  • salt, pepper
  1. Cook your rice according to the instructions given on the package. It's usually very easy, you have to wash it with cold water and then you add 250 gr rice and 500 ml cold water and when it starts boiling, you reduce the heat and leave it covered for 10-12 minutes. It's very simple.
  2. Cook your pork, cut in cubes, for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Then add the carrots and mushrooms, thinly sliced, season, and cook for another 6-7 minutes.
  4. When ready, add the sauce and stir well for 2 minutes.
Your sweet and sour pork with basmati rice is ready, just like that. It will be much better than any take away food that you can order. It's always better when you do it yourself.
