To make this you need:
pork tenderloin 150gr
tiger shrimps 80gr
cooking cream 30ml
To cook the shrimps:
Put the shrimps in a hot pan with garlic oil, and sautee for 3 to 4 minutes, then add white wine, salt and fresh parsley. After they turn completely orange you put rum in the pan and you flambee the shrimps, and they are ready to be served.
To cook the meat:
You wrap the prosciutto around the pork and you seal them in the pan first and then you bake them in the oven for 8 to 9 minutes.
For the broccoli puree:
You boil the broccoli in salted water and then you smash them with butter and cream.
