Penne with chorizo, asparagus, mushrooms and pecorino cheese

I was wondering what to eat today, and the first idea that came up my mind was… PASTA! Then I was thinking about the sauce and I started collecting all of my favorite products… favorite meat… mmmm … chorizo, favorite vegetable … asparagus, my favorite pecorino cheese and my top favorites – mushrooms! I knew that this was going to be a great combination, so I got all of them and made something unique!!! So I decided to share it with you.

The products you need are:

As you can see in the picture – nice asparagus, amazing mushrooms, great pecorino, delicious chorizo, cream and penne. The quantities …. you decide, the one you like the most you can make the star in the plate.

Penne pasta products


DSC_0383Start by boiling your pasta, following the instructions on the package. Start the sauce by frying the chorizo in a non-stick pan ( you might not use any fat, because the chorizo has enough ). After 2-3 minutes, add the mushrooms, and after another 2-3 add the asparagus. Lightly season with salt and black pepper.




When your pasta is ready, drain it and add it to the pan. Remove from the heat, add the cream, and let the natural heat of the cooked products, create the sauce. Serve with pecorino cheese and enjoy the taste!
