Imagine that you just woke up and you want to eat something energizing, because there is a dynamic day ahead, and you have 1 hour on your hands. You need to diversify the things you eat a bit and it’s good to have something different from time to time.

I have the perfect idea for you guys! Why don’t you jump out of bed and make these beautiful oat bars.

I will show you exactly how it happens.

Ingredients
  • 80 gr oats
  • 100 gr peanut butter
  • 50 gr salted caramel
  • chia seeds
  • flax seeds
  • chopped mixed nuts such as hazelnuts, brazil nuts, almonds and walnuts
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
  2. Transfer them into a tray
  3. Leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes
  4. Cut into bars

They are really tasty and you can keep them in the fridge for up to a week!

You can decorate them in your own original way – we decided to finish them with rose petals, lemon zest and powdered sugar.
