Imagine that you just woke up and you want to eat something energizing, because there is a dynamic day ahead, and you have 1 hour on your hands. You need to diversify the things you eat a bit and it’s good to have something different from time to time.
I have the perfect idea for you guys! Why don’t you jump out of bed and make these beautiful oat bars.
I will show you exactly how it happens.
- 80 gr oats
- 100 gr peanut butter
- 50 gr salted caramel
- chia seeds
- flax seeds
- chopped mixed nuts such as hazelnuts, brazil nuts, almonds and walnuts
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl
- Transfer them into a tray
- Leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes
- Cut into bars
They are really tasty and you can keep them in the fridge for up to a week!
