Lasagna by Top Food Facts!

This lasagna was made by us, just the way we like it – the result was AMAZING! As you can see the photos, our dish is ready to be on the cover of a food magazine! It was delicious! Now we are going to give you the recipe of this beauty.

  • 12 Lasagna sheets
  • 300 gr minced meat (pork and beef mix)
  • 200 gr carrots
  • 200 gr red kidney beans
  • 300 gr mushrooms
  • 300 gr chopped tomatoes
  • 200 gr mozzarella
  • 50 ml honey
  • oregano, black pepper, salt
  1. Fry the carrots, minced meat,mushrooms and beans and season them with salt, oregano and pepper.
  2. Add the tomatoes and season one more time with salt and pepper.
  3. Put the honey in the sauce, this is how you will balance it.
  4. Let it simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Start putting together your lasagna by layering sheets and sauce, and on top sprinkle your mozzarella.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes on 200 celcius.
