Hummus and Mushrooms Wrap

Hello guys! The time for our new recipe has come.

We have a quick lunch idea for you. It’s our scrumptious vegan wrap. The recipe was widely accepted across instagram, getting more than 4,500 likes on @veganvultures page, that decided to share it with its followers.

It takes only 15 minutes to prepare and you have a fancy lunch in your hands!

Hummus and Vegetables Wrap

Ingredients
  • hummus
  • tomatoes
  • avocado
  • pickles
  • rosemary
  • garlic roasted mushrooms
  • carrots
  • cabbage
  • tortilla wrap
Instructions
  1. Pan roast your mushrooms with olive oil, salt and pepper for around 7-8 minutes on high heat.
  2. All the other ingredients should be raw and cut into your preferable shape and size.
  3. Put all inside the tortilla, wrap it and grill it

Enjoy it – it’s really good for you and it gives you power for your whole afternoon.
