Fruit panna cotta with peach puree


For 8 servings:

1 liter of cooking cream
15 g gelatin
250 g sugar
20 g vanilla
100 g strawberries
100 g bananas
300 g peaches

The cream is put on to boil together the sugar, vanilla and the dissolved gelatin.
As soon as it starts boiling, remove from the heat and put into bowls with the fruits on the bottom, and put in refrigerator. Let them stay for 5-6 hours.
