Fried rice with chicken and vegetables


Our proposal for today is this amazing fried rice with chicken, carrots, mushrooms and corn. It’s very quick, it needs a little bit of preparation, a pinch of love, and the result is very good. We always put a pinch of love in our dishes, this makes them different from the usual ones that you can find everywhere. Doing something for you, makes it special. No let’s see the recipe.

  • 150 gr rice
  • 100 gr carrots
  • 100 gr mushrooms
  • 70 gr corn
  • 250 gr chicken breast
  • 50 gr butter
  • soy sauce, salt, pepper
  1. Cut your carrots in a slight angle and very thin.
  2. Cut your mushrooms in thin slices.
  3. Cube the chicken into 2-3 cm pieces.
  4. Cook the rice, following the instructions on the package.
  5. Start by frying the chicken in a pan, with olive oil, seasoning with salt, pepper and soy sauce.
  6. When the chicken is half cooked, add the mushrooms and carrots.
  7. Season again, and cook for another 6-7 minutes.
  8. Then add the corn and rice.
  9. Put some more seasoning and finish the rice with 50 gr of butter, for a nice soft taste at the end.
