Hello foodies! Here I am again, with another great way to freshen up your body.
It’s a bit more than a month, being vegan, and it’s amazing. I really love the diversity that the world of veggies can offer.
We changed the colors of our website, and we added some banners on the sidebar, promoting our own recipes. I decided to take off all of the ads, because they aren’t doing any good to my page. So my new idea is to promote my own recipes, so you guys can stay longer on my site and enjoy my healthy fresh ideas.
There is also a giveaway coming up – I will soon announce it, so stay tuned!
And the last thing I need to tell you is that I am currently working on our new category – “Why Vegan?”. I am approaching some of the most influential vegans on Instagram, and I will try to spread the word about healthy eating with their help. I would love to join them in making the World a better place.
And now it’s time for our new recipe, a very quick one this time – it takes 2 minutes, even less.
- 2 ripe bananas
- 8 blackberries (a handful)
- 1 tbsp of almond butter
- 200 ml water
- Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
It’s so good for the hot summer days, so refreshing and nourishing. It will keep you satisfied for at least 2 hours, so it’s kind of a good liquid snack.
Today I am planning to do three new recipe shootings, so it’s going to be a fun day. You need to prepare for what’s to follow and spread the word. I am sure that many of your friends will be curious about this way of eating, just show them the way all the food looks like and tell them about the benefits of being vegan.
Now it’s time to get to work – Top Food Facts is on fire at the moment. I am so inspired by all that, I just can’t stop thinking about how to improve my page and attract more people like you. Maybe the food gives me brain strength as well. I need to read about that somewhere – maybe it really does.
