Baked chicken leg with potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

4 chicken legs

1 kg potatoes

butter, salt, black pepper, red pepper

Put all the ingredients into an ovenproof casserole, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 1 hour and a half at 230 celsius. Spoon over the butter every 20 minutes, this makes the meat and potatoes juicier.
