Hey guys, we’ve been really busy in the last months with our jobs so we didn’t really have time to post new recipes, but that doesn’t mean that we didn’t do some new stuff. In the next couple of days we will share with you some of them. They are really easy and time saving so we hope you are going to enjoy them.
We’ve been recently working on a project with our friends from Theia’s Tahini creating simple and easy desserts. Today we are going to present to you our mascarpone and hazelnut butter delight with blueberries.
- 250gr mascarpone cheese
- 100ml double cream
- 2tbsp hazelnut butter
- 30gr honey
- 50gr digestive biscuits
- 50gr blueberries
- 20gr brazilian walnuts
- Cinnamon (optional)
- Beat the cream, honey, mascarpone and hazelnut butter until thick cream is formed. It should take around 3-4 minutes, at most.
- Crush the biscuits into 4 small bows and divide the mixed cream on top of it.
- Then decorate with blueberries and brazilian walnuts (you can also put some cinnamon).
