The recipe for the cheesecake is our favorite mix of some double cream, white chocolate and full fat cream cheese. We melt the white chocolate, then we mix it with the cream cheese and at the end we add this mixture to our well-beaten double cream( the ratio of cream:chocolate:cheese is almost 1:1:1). When you have this ready, you can improvise as much as you want with your toppings. At the bottom of the cup we put some crushed biscuits, to add some crunchiness to our temptations.

These small beautiful creations, are very helpful if you are going to have a big group of friends coming to your house. You will definitely impress everybody. But of course you have to spend some time doing them, and decorating them – because everything has a price. Make sure you present them well, and people will appreciate the time you spent in the kitchen.
